Emergency? We’ve got you covered - ambulance, care, and support when it matters most.

 

  • Emergency ambulance response, stabilisation, and transportation
  • ER24 may claim back from your medical aid hospital benefit (PMB), with no impact on your finances
  • If you do not have medical aid, the costs are fully covered. If you receive any invoices, please submit them immediately for resolution with the service provider
  • If ER24 does not have an ambulance in your area, they may dispatch one from a Partner EMS network
  • Medical advice from qualified nurses
  • Pre- and post-test counselling for chronic diseases (including, but not limited to, HIV)
  • Symptom assessment and medical advice
  • Pre-surgical counselling and guidance
  • Child and baby care support
  • Trauma counselling following a traumatic event (e.g. fire, robbery)

  • Available to learners from Grade 1 – 12 across all major CAPS subjects
  • Service available in English
  • Monday to Thursday from 18h00 – 21h00 (excluding school and public holidays)
  • Service is fully telephonic
  • Call-back service — teachers will call your child directly
Legal Advice & Assistance
  • Unlimited telephonic legal advice and assistance
  • Only on family, civil and criminal matters
  • Review various contracts and agreements, including lease agreements, cell phone contracts, purchase offers, domestic worker contracts, and sale agreements.
